Ingredients
This recipe yields 2 servings.
cake flour:100g
baking powder:1 teaspoon
a pinch of salt
sugar:2 tablespoon
oil such as olive oil and rapeseed oil:2 tablespoon
milk:a little less than 3 tablespoon
cake flour for dusting:a little
Procedures
- First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. And weigh the ingredients.
- Next, put cake flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in the bowl. And mix together by using a rubber spatula. This bowl is (A).
- After, put oil and milk in (A). Then fold that bowl with a rubber spatula. If the dough clumps together, the dough is good.
- Sprinkle flour on the cutting board. And put the dough on that cutting board.
- After, extend it to a thickness of 2-3cm with the palm of your hands.
And, cut the dough into 8-9 pieces with a kitchen knife. After, shape up these. - After that, put these on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Finally, bake it at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
